Step 1 – fill in the form below
We’ll need a few details to get your care service up and going. This is what we use to validate you’re a registered provider and to set up your account – make sure you put in the right information or it won’t work.
If you’re a Carer who needs an account, please ask your Manager to add you or speak to one of our team via live chat. This form is for new providers wanting access only.
Step 2 – you’ll get an email
Read the email we’ve just sent you and follow the instructions inside.
Step 3 – log in to the ‘Care Office’
Log in to your ‘Care Office’ to start adding your staff and residents.
Step 4 – start planning your care
Start planning your residents’ care – your carers will get their own ‘Carer App’ automatically updated with their tasks.
In the meantime…
When you add your carers, they’ll get an email showing them how to set their PIN to access the ‘Carer App’. You’ll then need to install the app onto the smartphones and other devices you want them to use. As soon as they have their PIN and the app is installed they can log in and start recording care.
